At Teak & Traditions, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, we follow a limited replacement and cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly report the issue to the Teak & Traditions support team through the contact details provided on the Contact Us page.

Important Guidelines

  • The issue must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.

  •  An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, replacement, or wrong product claim.

  •  The concern will be assessed by our team within 3 working days after receiving complete details and supporting evidence.

After assessment, if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect in the opinion of Teak & Traditions, an appropriate corrective resolution may be provided, including:

  • Replacement of the product

  •  Repair/service support

  • Any other corrective measure deemed suitable by our team

Replacement Policy Only

  • Teak & Traditions follows a replacement-only policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.

  • No damage, defect, replacement, or wrong product claims will be entertained once the reporting timeline of 3 working days from delivery has been exceeded.

2.  Wrong Product Received

If the delivered product does not match the specifications or details mentioned in your original order, customers are requested to immediately report the issue via call or email using the official contact details mentioned on the website.

Upon verification, Teak & Traditions will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution as per the applicable policy.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Due to Change of Requirement / Change of Mind

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided:

  • The product has not been shipped

  • The product has not entered production or pre-production stage

Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation and subject to approval as per the order status.

Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed to:

  • The customer’s original bank account, or
  • Teak & Traditions Wallet

Important Notes

  •  Post the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests may become chargeable or may not be accepted.

  • Orders that are already shipped, customized, under production, or made-to-order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Teak & Traditions reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the production and dispatch status of the order.

4. Return & Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests are accepted only in cases where:

  •  The product is received in damaged condition

  • The product has major manufacturing defects

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible for any replacement request:

  • The concern must be reported within 3 working days of delivery

  • The product must be unused

  • Original packaging should be retained

  • Supporting images/videos and order details must be provided

  • An unboxing video must be shared for verification purposes

 

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, installation issues, regular wear and tear, negligence, or external factors after delivery shall not qualify for replacement.
