1. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the product received is totally damaged or has major visible defects.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all:

    • Tags intact

    • Original packaging materials

    • Invoice, courier receipt, and any additional documentation

2. Exchanges

We offer an exchange only in cases where the delivered product is found to be damaged in transit or defective.

  • In such cases, we will replace the product with a new one of the same value

  • You may choose another product of equivalent value from our catalogue

Please ensure the product is returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and supporting documents.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are offered only in specific cases where:

  • Opt for a product exchange

  • Receive a store credit of the same value, valid for your next purchase

In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit based on your preference.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellation will not be accepted

  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible

Once your cancellation is initiated, the paid amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days to the original payment mode. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel your order within the allowed window.
